Greeting people with her friendly voice and hearty laugh, June Davis, the Office and Business Manager at LifeSource, is usually the first person you will speak with when you call to make an appointment. One of our most valuable staff members, June has been with LifeSource since 1998. Her duties include calling insurance companies to check all available fertility benefits, filing insurance forms for patients, and scheduling and obtaining pre-certification for surgery. As a patient advocate, she follows up on insurance problems and denials. She makes sure that when you leave the office, you have a complete copy of your benefits so that you know what is covered and what is not.
As part of the LifeSource team, June handles whatever needs to be done at the moment. She follows up on phone calls, makes sure all goes smoothly in the office, checks on patients after procedures, and can greet former patients by name months or even years after they have completed their treatment at LifeSource.
